GPT Group, Melbourne Central Retail Net Zero Masterplan

Building on FG Advisory’s delivery of Melbourne Central Retail Net Zero Masterplan, our team was engaged in the delivery of Stage-1 Works, central plant and Building Management System upgrade.  

Continuing the insights attained from development of the Masterplan, our team provided integrated engineering and technical project management services to ensure complete accountability from concept to delivery. Our team went to great lengths to work through specific engineering challenges of this project to determine the best possible outcomes for the client.  

Under a multi-year staged program, our engineering and project management teams worked to provide detailed design solutions, considering complex site and buildability constraints, coordinating contractors works including the transition works to fully electrified thermal services on which Net Zero emissions is based.
