JLL Mechanical Upgrade

Working close to home, FG Advisory was engaged to provide technical project management on the commercial building of our Melbourne based office. The project involved installation of a large central plant on the rooftop of our Queen Street location in Melbourne CBD.  

Working with the external engineering design consultancy and appointed contractors, our project management team liaised with a broad range of stakeholders including building tenants, neighbouring building owners and tenants, council and trades. FG Advisory coordinated the complicated and delicate task of securing a large crane to lift the equipment to the 20th floor of the building, all the while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of onsite workers and affected user groups.  

With risk management paramount in project delivery, clear communication is essential to ensure all parties are well informed and stakeholders incur minimal disruption. Further, as technical project managers, we were able to assess the product and installation on a detailed level providing assurance of performance and project delivery for the client.
