Swinburne University Pave Technical Project Management

Under the major pathways and vocational education (PAVE) courses initiative at Swinburne University, campus facilities are providing substantial upgrades in space thermal comfort through mechanical services upgrades across multiple campuses.  

FG Advisory was engaged to provide Technical Project Management services, including services quantity estimating and onsite due-diligence validations to identify buildability risks, taking into account existing constraints and the engineering design.

With a compressed timeline in a live teaching and learning environment, our team successfully coordinated the resolution of buildability issues and risks, liaised with all relevant stakeholders throughout and professionally coordinated project delivery to exceed the University’s expectations.
